Sept 16th- SuperPower of Breath
Your child will embark on a quest to uncover their superpowers. The class will learn to understand their emotions, feelings and actions through stories and discussions. They will have the opportunity to work in groups and create their own story of discovery. Each class will end with affirmation art to help remember what they learned.

Reiki &Restorative Yoga

This workshop combines both the healing practices of Reiki & Restorative Yoga, for a truly unique experience that will help restore balance and peace to the mind, body, and spirit.
Yoga instructor Mimi will gently guide participants through a series of restorative poses accompanied with hands on assists.
Reiki master Nancy will move throughout the room offering the tranquil energy of Reiki.
The combination of Reiki and Restorative Yoga provides an afternoon of powerful healing and beautiful relaxation.
