What is Reiki?
Reiki a deep relaxation technique that helps the body reconnect with one’s inner resources, restoring balance and clarity.
How is a Reiki Therapy performed?
Client remains fully clothed and lays on a treatment table. If client is unable to lay comfortably, Reiki can also be done while the client is sitting. The practitioner will use non-invasive light touch with their hands held on/or over various locations of body.
How does Reiki interact with other therapies/medication?
Reiki Therapy compliments other healing modalities and medical treatments, by promoting a healthy positive energy flow
How do I know if Reiki Therapy is right for me?
I recommend that new clients have 3 Sessions within in the first 4-6 wks. This allows time to process the benefits of Reiki Therapy. The frequency for maintaining a healthy energy flow varies from client to client.
Is a Thought Coach the same as a Life Coach?
A Life coaches focus on creating a new life path to achieve certain goals. A Thought coach works with the client in identifying the origin of repetitive and/or unsupportive thought patterns. Then guides the client through a series of exercises to transform these thoughts creating a healthy outlook.
How many sessions is recommended?
Typically, after 4 sessions, the client will see changes in how they approach daily life and how they think of themselves. They will have an understanding of the exercises and will be able to apply to any future circumstances to maintain a sense of empowerment and well being.
