This past week, I had the most beautiful opportunity to travel across the country to San Francisco to witness my oldest niece’s wedding. My heart was so full—being surrounded by so much of my family, sharing in a day rooted in love, connection, and celebration. For those who have been walking alongside me on this journey, you know that showing up with family hasn’t always felt easy for me. There has often been anxiety… old stories of not being “enough” that I carried for many
