About the event
When the base chakra is balanced, we learn to trust our deep primal instincts. We learn to connect back to the wisdom of our bodies & hear the messages it has for us. There is a beautiful quote by Black Elk "As you walk upon this sacred earth, treat each step as a prayer" This is very much the essence of this class! Learn More
