Happy New Year! Intentional Living in 2026.

As the new year arrives across time zones and traditions, I like to believe there is a shared moment—however brief—where we collectively wish for the highest good for all beings and for the universe itself.

Today feels like a pause between worlds. A space to reflect before routine fully returns. A reminder that when we release what no longer serves us, we create room for something new to emerge.

But space is sacred. If we don’t choose how it’s filled, it will fill itself. When we release something, we create space. And that space matters. If we are not intentional about how it is filled, it will fill itself—much like that mysterious junk drawer in every home. You can clear it out with the best intentions, yet somehow it slowly gathers random odds and ends again. Our inner space works the same way. Awareness and intention determine whether that space becomes nourishing or cluttered.

This year, I invite you to move beyond surface intentions and listen for passion—the kind that comes from love, not fear. Let it guide your choices: in your work, your relationships, how you nourish your body, how you spend your time. Small moments of awareness can shift everything.

When we live with intention, our choices align with our authenticity. And when each of us tends our own small space with care, the energy we offer ripples outward—supporting growth far beyond ourselves.
